CF13EL
From Fusselman.org
I must have recently hit the MTBF for some of my compact fluorescent lights at home. Most recently, I've had a pair of CF13EL "Warm White" units fail. No smoke, no fire, safely recycled at Home Depot. One was replaced with an N:Vision from HD (nice bulbs, by the way), while the other was just reallocated.
I'd initially tried to figure out of the bulbs were under warranty, but they seem devoid of any kind of markings whatsoever. I was at Mendards a week or two later looking at dimmable CFLs (which are a total joke, by the way) when I discovered where I'd initially purchased those CF13ELs. Menards markets that part number as the "Buyers Choice" brand, and according to the package, they have a two-year warranty that requires the receipt and is served at Mendards Customer Service.
