When I started at West, Richard was "that weird guy on overnights". He and I later worked together on the NOC Sysadmin team.
Nowadays, we hang out from time to time, and play D&D on Dave's campaign. More recently, he is the proud owner of a new Gaming Table.
Richard has a blog on his site, Backslider.net. He doesn't update it very often.
