Vanity Googling for Fun and Profit

February 4, 2011

The other day, I found myself doin some “Vanity Googling”, that is, searching for my own name, and seeing what comes up.  I found that there’s at least a few “Kevin Fusselman”s out there, and that lots of websites (mostly brick and mortar types of things) have a hard time telling me from myself since I moved to Omaha 6 years ago.

As for what I found, there’s lots of photos taken by me, though none actually of me (though I suspect that this will change, now that a photo of me is part of many of of my profiles). In addition to this site, Google finds content from sites that I post to regularly like Lifehacker, BRAN and Amazon product reviews.  More recently, it also finds postings to the Omaha Maker Group mailing list and website.

Overall, nothing terribly exciting or controversial, which I’d suspect is an accurate assessment of my life.
