Project Me: The Weighting Game

Today marks the 4th time that I’ve done 6 sets of 10 reps each, and it’s getting markedly easier.  I find that in early sets, I’m not nearly as “done” at the end of each set as I was just a week ago.  To that end, I’m going to start collapsing the reps into larger sets, working towards the 60-rep superset;  I plan on doing a week or two between consolidations, but we’ll see how that works.  I plan on going to sets of 12, 15, 20 and 30, basically just dividing 60 by 5, 4, 3 and 2 respectively.

On the measurables front, I’m still weighting in around 147.5 and 17% almost every day.  I’m learning how to control hydration and whatnot more closely to improve  consistency.
